Ali's Electronics currently delivers throughout Lebanon. We are committed to getting your electronics to you quickly and safely, no matter where you are in the country.
Delivery Options
We offer two convenient delivery options:
Home Delivery
Have your order delivered directly to your door. Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Store Pickup
Pick up your order from our store location. This is the fastest option and comes with no additional fees.
Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day of placement. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message from our delivery team to arrange the delivery.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed
- A second notification will be sent when your order is out for delivery
Delivery Process
Here's what to expect when your order is out for delivery:
- Contact: Our delivery team will call or message you to confirm the delivery address and arrange a convenient time.
- Delivery: Your order will be delivered to your specified address. Please have the exact payment amount ready (for Cash on Delivery orders).
- Inspection: We encourage you to inspect your products upon delivery. If there are any issues, please report them immediately.
- Receipt: You will receive a receipt for your payment. Keep this for your records and any future return requests.
Delivery Conditions
Please note the following conditions for delivery:
- Someone must be available to receive the delivery and make payment
- The recipient must be 18 years or older
- Delivery is to the ground floor or building entrance unless otherwise arranged
- For security reasons, we may require ID verification for high-value orders
- If you are unavailable for delivery, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule
Failed Delivery Attempts
If we are unable to complete a delivery:
- We will contact you to reschedule the delivery
- After 3 failed delivery attempts, the order may be canceled
- Additional delivery fees may apply for re-deliveries due to customer unavailability
- Unclaimed orders will be held at our store for pickup for up to 7 days
Damaged or Missing Items
While we take great care in packaging and handling your orders, issues can occasionally occur. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Take photos of the damaged packaging or product
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
Store Pickup
If you choose store pickup:
- Your order will be ready for pickup within 2-4 hours of placing the order
- You will receive a notification when your order is ready
- Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation
- Store hours: Monday - Saturday, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Orders must be picked up within 7 days or they may be canceled
